Jimmy began a career in sales in 1999 working his way within a national marketing and advertising company from entry level to a management role in a very short period of time. As a licensed real estate agent since 2002, he provides his clients with the time and attention that is necessary and deserved. Jimmy then further advanced his career in real estate when he became a residential appraiser in 2004 gaining vast amounts of knowledge about the real estate industry and local market trends.
His sales and management experience coupled with his ambition and work ethic prompted him to open his own independent real estate office, Empire Real Estate Group, in early 2011. During this point in his career, Jimmy also served as Sales Manager for a local, federally chartered savings bank providing financing solutions to homeowners in need of necessary home improvements or repairs.
He has a proven track record for thinking outside the box as he developed several successful marketing campaigns including the “Residential Septic and Wastewater Financing Program” while at the bank and also the “Empire Real Estate Group Twelve Month Tenant Guarantee” which is offered to landlords and property owners in need of reliable and efficient tenant placement into available residential units which has set a new standard in the residential leasing industry.
Jimmy spends a lot of time in the local community and sponsors a Christmas Toy Drive on an annual basis. He is an avid fan of the Providence College Friars and New York Yankees who enjoys golfing in his downtime.

My passion for helping others and my eagerness to see my birth place flourish has led me to a career in Real Estate.
I started my career working in the mortgage financing industry with Rhode Island Housing in 2013, and shortly became the Community Lending Coordinator specializing in assisting first time home buyers find the best product that fit their financial needs & accomplishing their home ownership dreams.
Whether the need was to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan to determine the highest amount of financing possible, or to assist in getting prepared for that loan, or even advise on how to begin the path to home ownership, I loved being able to help and always felt a sense of accomplishment.
While employed I decided to continue my education and advance my career. I studied at The Sawyer School of Business where I gained my degree in Business Management. In 2018, I decided to enroll at Roger Williams University and study Community Development. I’ve always had an interest in understanding property abandonment needs and its effects on our children, friends, family and community.
Along the way, I’ve learned where to obtain funding for those homes in need, owner occupied revitalization funding, homestead, down payment and closing cost assistance among other homeowner incentives.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, I long to have a prosperous state and thrive to help our Citizens have a place to call home.

Mi pasión por ayudar a los demás y mi entusiasmo por ver florecer mi lugar de nacimiento me han llevado a una carrera en bienes raíces.
Comencé mi carrera trabajando en la industria de financiamiento hipotecario con Rhode Island Housing en 2013, y en poco tiempo me convertí en la Coordinadora de préstamos comunitarios que se especializa en ayudar a los compradores de vivienda por primera vez a encontrar el mejor producto que se ajuste a sus necesidades financieras y lograr sus sueños de propiedad de vivienda.
Si la necesidad era obtener una aprobación previa para un préstamo hipotecario para determinar la mayor cantidad de financiamiento posible, o para ayudar a prepararse para ese préstamo, o incluso para asesorar sobre cómo comenzar el camino hacia la ser dueño de vivienda, me encantó poder ayudar y siempre sentí una sensación de logro.
Mientras trabajaba decidí continuar mi educación y avanzar en mi carrera. Estudié en la Escuela de Negocios Sawyer, donde obtuve mi licenciatura en Administración de Empresas. En 2018, decidí inscribirme en la Universidad Roger Williams y estudiar Desarrollo Comunitario. Siempre he tenido interés en comprender el abandono y las necesidades de propiedad y sus efectos en nuestros hijos, amigos, familiares y comunidad.
A lo largo del camino, he aprendido dónde obtener financiamiento para las viviendas necesitadas, el financiamiento de revitalización ocupado por el propietario, el pago inicial y la asistencia de costos de cierre, entre otros incentivos para propietarios.
Nacida y criada en Rhode Island, deseo tener un estado próspero y prosperar para ayudar a nuestros ciudadanos a tener un lugar al que llamar hogar.
